The machine
can handle pouch widths from 100-200mm and length 300mm maximum, and as a
standard equipped with an 80-500ml filling device.

model!
Large lange of products can be packed such as retorted pouch food,
frozen food, liquid detergent etc., and depending on the product a capacity of
30-100 pouch per minute. Pouch size are from 80-150mm width, 300mm maximum
length and equipped as a standard with a filling pump with a range from
50-350ml. The W is for Double pouch. A production capacity for 2 machines with
the installation space smaller.

The 9CW(Left) was exhibited as a weighing and packaging system
interlocked with a CF-90W cup type feeder(Middle) which was then interlocked
with a Anritsu clean cup scale.(Right: KE7412CWB) The CF-90W is a duplex type
cup filler with a maximum capacity of 90times/min., designed to be interlocked
to duplex type packaging machines The CF series line can be turned left or
right, 90 degrees, straight to meet the layout of the facility.

PMC:
Manual type fill/capper for spouted pouches. Foot switch liquids filling pump
and a capper that will automatically do a positive capping by lightly placing
the cap on the spout. 5pouches/min. will be possible depending on the operator,
the filling amount will be from 50-1,000ml. |
